Problem
Asset registers living in spreadsheets — no single source of truth, no lifecycle history, audits assembled by hand every time.
What we built
A centralised asset management platform on the Microsoft 365 estate: structured registers, lifecycle tracking from procurement to disposal, and reporting that answers auditors' questions directly.
Outcome
One place where the asset truth lives. Audit preparation went from a scramble to a report.

Employee onboarding automation

Problem
New starters meant a chain of emails, manual account setups, and equipment requests that regularly dropped steps — and every dropped step was a bad first day.
What we built
An automated onboarding workflow: one intake form drives account provisioning, task assignment, approvals, and notifications to everyone who owes the new starter something.
Outcome
Onboarding became a checklist that runs itself, with an audit trail of who did what and when.

Microsoft 365 migrations

Problem
Organisations stuck on ageing on-premises infrastructure or the wrong tenant — with mailboxes, files, and permissions too entangled to move without a plan.
What we built
Planned and executed migrations to Microsoft 365: mail, files, and collaboration workloads moved with permission mapping, staged cutovers, and rollback paths.
Outcome
Users arrived on the new platform with their work intact — the migration most people didn't notice is the successful one.

What we built
A compliance tracking platform: obligations, owners, evidence, and review cycles in one register, with automated reminders and escalation before deadlines pass.
Outcome
Nothing expires silently. The compliance picture is a dashboard, not a discovery exercise.
